Hi,
yupp, you could use your favourite ftp-client, enter host "techghg.mine.nu" and user/pass "mhdworld/emtec", login and see that there's a subfolder "mhdworld" with the files in  Or you can download it also now from here. @Mr.Breaker: just renamed it to reflect the current version. Regards, Christian

Hi ,
I just got an q800 and followed the detailed manual for the firmware hacking (many thanks to all, really appreciate and useful for a non linux users   )However after push the modified firmware on my q800 I am not able to access it using FTP (I try core FTP , FileZilla , Solawinds). During the Firmware wizard I just enabled FTP, leave the same "banner" and change Authentication to Local User wth a password, FTP root leave the default and the port 21. How I can get access to the CUBE using FTP?? Many thanks for the answer Sibovic

Hi Mr,
simply the FTP clint report "impossible connect to server" I suppose that the username is not recognize but I didn't choose any user during the firmware hacking.. So the question is what is the default user to use in order to get access through FTP??? thnaks

Are you sure that you have entered the correct ip-address of your movie-cube (please confirm by make a ping to the cube). Secondly there could be a firewall in the way. So make sure that port 20 and 21 are open.
